<p>The AGM will be held:<br />
April 18th, 2011<br />
at Element 156 – 156 Augusta Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M5T 2L5<br />
(Enter through Function 13 and the meeting will be held in the lower level of the building)</p>
<p>DOORS OPEN: 5:30pm<br />
AGM: 6:00pm (sharp) – 7:00 pm<br />
Q &amp; A; Networking : 7:00pm – 7:30 pm</p>
<p>The main purpose of the meeting will be to:<br />
- Inform members of any changes that have been implemented since our last AGM<br />
- Discuss with our members what we hope to achieve in the coming year.</p>

<blockquote><p><strong><a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.hackto.ca/" target="_blank">HackTO</a></strong> is a gathering of the very best of Toronto&#8217;s technology folks, coming together for one day of mad coding.</p>
<p>The idea behind HackTO is to round up various public APIs from local tech startups and make them available to local developers. Working in teams or solo&#8211;and with expert guidance from our API sponsors&#8211;developers compete to create the coolest application using one or more of the available APIs. And just to make things interesting, this is all done in a few hours!</p></blockquote>

<p>Participants will learn what it&#8217;s like to fund, develop, and platform digital projects. The evening concludes with an informal networking reception. Light refreshments will be served and a cash bar will be available.</p>
